User Interface (UI) Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled UI Designer who excels in creating visually compelling interfaces with a laser focus on UI design execution and implementation. 

• Craft and deliver high-quality, production-ready UI designs that demonstrate exceptional visual polish and attention to detail. 
• Collaborate closely with development, productand other stakeholders to facilitate smooth design-to-development partnership. 
• Translate design concepts into implementable, user-friendly interfaces that align with product requirements across multiple product squads. 
• Maintain and continuously extend our design system within Figma, ensuring consistency and scalability across our product ecosystem. 
• Apply UX best practices to inform design decisions, ensuring intuitive and functional user interactions. 

• Figma Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Figma, with the ability to use from, maintain, and evolve an existingUI design kit. 
• UI Design Expertise: Proven track record of delivering refined, implementation-ready UI designs. 
• Technical Collaboration: Strong ability to work directly with developers, translating design vision into practical, buildable solutions. 
• Domain Experience: Demonstrable experience in payments, fintech, or SaaS product design is a distinct advantage. 
• Working knowledge of Jira will be advantageous and is a preferred skill. 

• 4–5 years of professional UI design experience, ideally in a fast-paced digital environment.
• Exceptional UI design skills with a portfolio showcasing clean, modern interface design.
• Deep understanding of design systems and component-based design.
• Ability to balance aesthetic excellence with functional usability.
• Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset.
• Proficiency in design-to-development workflow and design handoff processes.

• Expert-level Figma skills and UI design.
• Proficiency in design system management.
• Understanding of responsive design principles.
• Basic front-end design implementation knowledge.
• Working knowledge of Jira will be advantageous and is a preferred skill.

• Ability to create designs that are both functional and technically feasible.
• Keen eye for detail and commitment to design quality.

• This is not a pure UX research or strategy role.
• We are not seeking a UX researcher or comprehensive UX strategist
• The focus is primarily on high-quality UI design and implementation with a UX-aware mindset.
