What are the responsibilities and job description for the User Interface (UI) Designer position at Inpay?
We are seeking a highly skilled UI Designer who excels in creating visually compelling interfaces with a laser focus on UI design execution and implementation.
\n- Craft and deliver high-quality, production-ready UI designs that demonstrate exceptional visual polish and attention to detail.
- Collaborate closely with development, productand other stakeholders to facilitate smooth design-to-development partnership.
- Translate design concepts into implementable, user-friendly interfaces that align with product requirements across multiple product squads.
- Maintain and continuously extend our design system within Figma, ensuring consistency and scalability across our product ecosystem.
- Apply UX best practices to inform design decisions, ensuring intuitive and functional user interactions.
- Figma Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Figma, with the ability to use from, maintain, and evolve an existingUI design kit.
- UI Design Expertise: Proven track record of delivering refined, implementation-ready UI designs.
- Technical Collaboration: Strong ability to work directly with developers, translating design vision into practical, buildable solutions.
- Domain Experience: Demonstrable experience in payments, fintech, or SaaS product design is a distinct advantage.
- Working knowledge of Jira will be advantageous and is a preferred skill.
- 4–5 years of professional UI design experience, ideally in a fast-paced digital environment.
- Exceptional UI design skills with a portfolio showcasing clean, modern interface design.
- Deep understanding of design systems and component-based design.
- Ability to balance aesthetic excellence with functional usability.
- Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset.
- Proficiency in design-to-development workflow and design handoff processes.
- Expert-level Figma skills and UI design.
- Proficiency in design system management.
- Understanding of responsive design principles.
- Basic front-end design implementation knowledge.
- Working knowledge of Jira will be advantageous and is a preferred skill.
- Pragmatic approach to design execution.
- Ability to create designs that are both functional and technically feasible.
- Keen eye for detail and commitment to design quality.
