The Role
The Guest Service Concierge is responsible for providing exceptional guest service, anticipating needs, offering personalized recommendations, assisting with a wide range of requests, and overseeing the smooth daily operations of the front desk to ensure a seamless experience for all visitors.
Compensation:
For Full-Time (Hourly) US-based applicants: A competitive range of $19 per hour

The Role
The Guest Service Concierge is responsible for providing exceptional guest service, anticipating needs, offering personalized recommendations, assisting with a wide range of requests, and overseeing the smooth daily operations of the front desk to ensure a seamless experience for all visitors.
- Anticipate guests’ needs, respond promptly, and acknowledge all guests, however busy and at whatever time of day.
- Observe guest reactions and confer frequently with team members to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Monitor the check-in/check-out process: anticipate critical situations and assist wherever necessary to help alleviate the pressure and to process the guest expediently.
- Address guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests promptly and professionally.
- Assist guests in making reservations for onsite and offsite restaurants and events.
- Give Shuttle/Golf cart rides to locations on the property
- Assist the Sales team with any special requests made by the Front Desk
- Maintain complete knowledge at all times of:
- All hotel features/services, hours of operations
- All room types, numbers, layout, decor, appointments, and locations.
- Scheduled in-house group activities, locations, and times.
- All hotel and departmental policies and procedures.
- Local events and restaurants
- Access all functions of computer/software systems
- Responsible for maintaining an efficient and effective flow of information with guests, members, managers, housekeeping an, and other departments within the hotel.
- Must be a United States citizen or possess a valid work permit
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with urgency and empathy.
- Valid Driver’s License
- Availability to work weekends and Holidays as needed
- Positive Customer first attitude.
- Proactive problem-solver and process-improver.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
