The Company is a valuable partner to event organizers throughout the entire venue transformation process, with core services including design and fabrication, delivery and installation, on-site execution, and tear down.
These services span a variety of end verticals including golf, motorsports, music festivals, other sports and entertainment, and corporate events.
Responsibilities
The Chief Financial Officer will play a critical role in shaping our financial strategy and driving business growth.
This individual will be responsible for managing all financial aspects of InProduction, providing operational leadership and helping drive the execution of key initiatives alongside other members of the executive team.
Key Initiatives
- Contribute to the commercial and strategic goals of the Company by collaborating with the CEO and Board to execute the Company's operating and growth strategies.
- Develop and implement the budget and a robust strategic financial plan, in alignment with InProduction's growth priorities.
- Oversee all aspects of accounting and finance, including the preparation and presentation of monthly, quarterly and annual management / board financial reporting, budget variance and reforecasting.
Requirements
- Prior CFO experience at PE-backed Company required.
- Experience leading and building a finance team.
- Experience with PE acquisitions / exits.
- Experience leading Company financings or capital raises.
- Experience with project-based revenue recognition and accounting is highly valued.
