We Need:
InReach is looking for an Independent Contractor/Alternative Family Living Provider (AFL) to provide a supportive, culturally normative residential service that meets the physical, emotional, and developmental needs of the customer. The AFL Provider must also be able to work effectively with all agencies associated with serving the customer.
This is an AFL provider position for an adult female in Charlotte, NC. The applicant should be based in one of the following zip codes and near an STS pick up location.

What You'll Do:
- Supervision of individuals needs and ability to respond to daily needs
- Implementation of PCP and participation in planning meetings
- Ability to develop and implement service plans
- Ability to handle financial responsibility, organization skills, maintain confidential records,
- Ability to implement leisure, social and recreational activities and facilitate the individual's participation in community life
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid driver's license and maintain safe driving record
- One to two years of experience with the I/DD population preferred

Pay Rate: $180 per day

AFL Providers with InReach are Independent Contractors. Independent Contractors receive a 1099 tax form and use a third-party Contract Management vendor for their direct deposits. Additional fees required for Contractors include paying for state-required training, Occupational Accident Insurance, and administrative fees for the Contract Management vendor.
All InReach applicants must have a high school diploma (or GED), a valid driver's license, and successfully pass a drug screen and background check. One - two years' experience with the special needs' population preferred.
