We focus on each individual's unique needs and deliver the highest quality services possible by ensuring that each individual receives the right support, at the right time and frequency by a caring qualified staff member in the most independent setting appropriate.
What We Need : Part-time Intern to support adult individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities in a group setting within the Community Works department.
What You'll Do :
- Assists with planning, coordinating, implementing, and monitoring programs and events that meet the needs of day support participants.
- Assists with individual participation.
- Assists with agency and program functions.
- Assists with operations.
- Cares for customers.
- Respects customers.
- Assists with the facilitation of access to community resources.
- Assists with the contribution of team effort.
Qualifications :
Hours : Monday - Friday 8 : 30a - 3 : 30p, flexible based on applicants needs
Location : 520 Clanton Rd Suite A Charlotte, NC 28217
Rate : $12.00 per hour
Job Type : Intern, Part-time 15-20 hrs / week. 4-6 month internship
