We’re looking for a Delivery Principal

• Providing leadership for multiple clients and teams. Aligning leading the team in program execution in support of InRhythm goals. Interfacing with and providing regular updates to the InRhythm Leadership Team and our Senior Leadership Team.
• Looking at growth opportunities at the client and being able to provide solutions that InRhythm can offer to fill gaps and opportunities at the client.
• Operating as part of the client Services team, assuming accountability for project results. Demonstrating the ability to assess the risks and rewards to the organization of potential decisions and outcomes.
• Responsible for utilizing the InRhythm’s Implementation Methodology on the engagements.
• Demonstrating and supporting professional practice standards, adopting a philosophy of constant improvement across the engagement. Maintaining oversight responsibility for all areas of client success.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with project sponsors and steering committees during client engagements. Provides direction to Program or Project. Manages to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and is the point of escalation for client issues. Executes regular one on one meetings with team members.
• Provide regular updates on client / project status using standards established by the InRhythm client services and delivery. Draws on executive support when needed to assist in the achievement of these goals. Owning QBR reviews and client engagement meetings as well as regular engagement reporting as appropriate.
• Ability to drive delivery and ensure that the client expectations of work are completed with the best quality standards that are possible.

Must Have:

• Minimum of at least 10 years of hands-on experience in IT consulting (or product professional Services) or other high-ticket IT consultative.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in leading, managing and growing high-performing client presence for an established consulting company.
• Responsible and accountable for growth and revenue at a client.
• Strong general knowledge of digital transformation trends (Need to understand technology, digital transformation and be conversant- not a hardcore engineer). Has a fundamental background in Agile success and methodology with significant expertise with Agile methods.
• Past experience working with senior stakeholders and leadership at clients (and engagements).Building relationships and serving as a thought partner to them.
• Resourceful entrepreneurial dynamic personality who enjoys the pace of a fast-moving organization and look forward to the challenge of working at a high-growth service business
• Ability to roll up the sleeves and be extremely resourceful.
