The Role


We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Recruiter to execute high-volume, high-quality hiring with speed and precision. This role requires a proactive sourcing expert who thrives in fast-paced environments, optimizing offer and close rates while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. Key Responsibilities


High-Volume, High-Quality Hiring Execution


  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, ensuring speed, efficiency, and precision in hiring.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to define talent needs, align expectations, and drive rapid hiring decisions.
  • Drive structured hiring processes that balance urgency with quality, maintaining an exceptional talent bar.


Proactive Sourcing & Engagement Strategies


  • Leverage innovative sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, networking, referrals, outbound engagement) to build a strong, diverse talent pipeline.
  • Develop and execute candidate engagement strategies to attract top talent in competitive markets.
  • Maintain a pulse on market trends and proactively adjust sourcing tactics.


Fast-Paced Offer & Close Rate Optimization


  • Ensure quick turnaround on offers, leveraging data and insights to optimize conversion rates.
  • Partner with hiring managers to make compelling, competitive offers that close top talent efficiently.
  • Address candidate concerns and objections with empathy and strategic negotiation.


Exceptional Candidate Experience & Retention


  • Champion a seamless, white-glove candidate experience that reinforces InRhythm’s brand.
  • Serve as the main point of contact, ensuring clarity, transparency, and communication excellence.
  • Collect and analyze candidate feedback to continuously improve the recruiting experience.


Recruiting Process Automation & Efficiency


  • Identify and implement process automation, AI-driven sourcing, and workflow optimizations to increase efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate and real-time data in ATS (Applicant Tracking System) to drive reporting and insights.
  • Continuously refine and streamline processes to improve hiring speed and quality.


Qualifications & Experience


  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Experience in technology, consulting, or staff augmentation environments is a plus.
  • Recruiting & Talent Acquisition: Expertise in sourcing, pipeline development, and candidate assessment for high-volume hiring. Skilled in negotiation, offer management, and closing strategies to optimize hiring speed and quality. Understanding of contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time placements within a competitive talent market.
  • Industry & Talent Market Knowledge: Strong grasp of recruiting within fast-growing industries such as consulting, tech, or professional services. Ability to evaluate candidate skill sets effectively, even in technical hiring scenarios. Knowledge of market trends, talent supply and demand, and compensation benchmarks to stay ahead of hiring needs.
  • Client & Relationship Management: Ability to partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to align hiring strategies with business goals. Experience working cross-functionally with HR, technical teams, and leadership to refine job descriptions and streamline hiring processes. Agile approach to recruiting, adapting hiring strategies based on candidate feedback and market shifts.
  • Technology & Data-Driven Recruiting: Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools to manage candidate pipelines efficiently. Ability to leverage recruiting analytics and hiring metrics to drive process improvements and optimize conversion rates. Experience automating and optimizing recruitment workflows for speed and efficiency.
  • Soft Skills & High-Performance Mindset: Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills to engage and close top talent. Strong time management and multitasking abilities to manage multiple roles simultaneously. Resilience, adaptability, and a proactive mindset to thrive in a high-energy, results-driven environment.
  • Additional responsibilities as defined by management, including new projects, cross-functional support, or other tasks aligned with evolving business needs and priorities.

The hiring range for this position in New York, NY is $100,000 - $135,000 per year, base salary. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, depending on level and position offered.
