People trust you because you communicate clearly, lead with empathy, and stay cool under pressure.

- Serve as the go-to person clients and consultants rely on, managing expectations with maturity and grace.
- Proactively assess project health and team wellbeing, ensuring no one is overloaded and everyone stays aligned.
- Lead delivery across high-profile engagements with a calm, strategic mindset—balancing urgency and clarity.
- Deliver regular updates and engagement reports to clients and stakeholders with transparency and professionalism.
- Own and optimize the full resource management lifecycle—strategic staffing, onboarding, burn reports, utilization metrics—ensuring people are set up to succeed.
- Anticipate challenges before they arise and navigate them through strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
- Influence and collaborate with Sales, Recruiting, Finance, and Practice Leads to ensure smooth, on-budget, on-time delivery.
- Keep a pulse on consultant goals and preferences; offer thoughtful coaching and matching that drives success for all.
What You Bring
- 7–10 years of experience in Program/Project/Resource Management or Consultant Operations within a fast-paced, people-centric consulting firm.
- Deep understanding of consulting models and how to manage people-based solutions with care and efficiency.
- Natural relationship-builder: you’re empathetic, proactive, and able to build trust quickly across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to multitask across high-impact projects while staying organized, calm, and focused.
- Experience delivering software solutions (Web, Mobile, Cloud) and managing delivery timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills—especially in high-pressure scenarios.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar platforms for client and resource management.
- A mindset of ownership and a drive to bring others along toward success.
Requirements & Responsibilities
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in Resource Management, Program/Project Management, Consultant Operations, Recruiting, or Talent Acquisition for a Professional Services Organization
