As our Revenue Enablement Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving revenue team performance through a combination of operational rigor, data-driven insights, and enablement programs. You will act as the bridge between Enablement and RevOps — equipping our GTM teams with scalable processes, systems, and learning programs that drive pipeline generation, deal progression, and revenue growth.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about sales excellence, understands revenue operations fundamentals, and enjoys building repeatable and measurable programs across the funnel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with Sales, RevOps, Marketing, and Customer Success leadership to diagnose revenue challenges and design enablement interventions to solve them
  • Lead the creation and delivery of enablement programs focused on process adoption, CRM usage, deal execution, and revenue intelligence
  • Develop and maintain scalable documentation including playbooks, process guides, battlecards, and customer journey maps
  • Collaborate with RevOps to operationalize sales methodologies, KPIs, and pipeline management practices
  • Support tool adoption (Salesforce, Outreach, Zoom Revenue Intelligence, etc.) through training and ongoing enablement
  • Deliver onboarding and continuous education programs focused on revenue-driving behaviors
  • Analyze GTM performance data to identify gaps, recommend actions, and measure enablement impact
  • Drive change management for new tools, processes, and playbooks across GTM teams
  • Manage ongoing enablement calendar and internal communications related to enablement programs

Qualifications

  • 4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, or related GTM roles
  • Strong understanding of revenue processes, pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM best practices
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce and key GTM tech stack components
  • Comfortable analyzing data and communicating actionable insights
  • Proven ability to design and deliver effective enablement programs and process rollouts
  • Excellent facilitation, storytelling, and communication skills
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail

Nice to Have

  • Experience enabling both Sales and Post-Sales (CS, AM) teams
  • Exposure to RevOps or Sales methodologies (e.g., Winning by Design, MEDDICC)
  • Prior experience in high-growth or scaling environments

  • Chicago, IL or Remote (Residence in the US is required)
