About this role:
The Assistant Project Manager will work closely with the Project Manager to ensure the successful planning, execution, and delivery of projects related to the design, deployment, and maintenance of Mobile LED Trailers. This position requires excellent organizational skills, a strong understanding of project management principles, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Primary responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Travel required periodically to the job site to coordinate site visits, procure all project details, determine scope of work, provide leadership, and provide training to end customers.
- Lead projects and communicate with customers or representatives from each job to ensure timelines and installations are successful.
- Manage and organize all project schedules and logistical details for partners and staff at each phase of the project
- Sales – ensure that all BOM and SOW is accurately determined for sales team
- Warehouse – coordinate timing, logistics and details so assembly is completed on-time
- Delivery – ensure all project needs are in place when the team shows up on-site
- Service – work with the service team to close out the account, capture all details/documentation
- Performing quality control on the project to maintain the standards expected
- Responsible for customer sign-off and approvals once a job is complete
- Work inside of Asana and NetSuite systems to understand and document all company and project details
- Help enhance and drive new processes and ways of critical thinking that help the organization become more efficient working alongside leadership team
- Oversee the transportation and delivery of trailers to various locations, ensuring logistical needs are met.
- Ensure all Mobile LED Trailers meet quality standards, including ensuring the proper functioning of LED displays and mechanical components.
- Communicate with clients to understand their project requirements and ensure their needs are met.
- Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, design, sales, and marketing) to align project goals and objectives.
- Maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and reports.
- Ensure the customer is fully satisfied with the performance and functionality of the Mobile LED Trailers.
Required qualifications:
- 2 years of demonstrated experience in project management in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of basic construction, AV and/or networking experience a plus
- Excellent technical and computer skills include experience with project management software (Microsoft Office suite, Asana, NetSuite)
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- OSHA 10 certification or ability to obtain
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of experience
- Driver License, Clean Driving Record and ability to obtain DOT medical card
- Must be able to lift 50lbs at a time, travel to job sites and work indoors & outdoors
Travel:
- Travel 10-25% of the time
Wage:
- $50,000 - $70,000/year
Ability to relocate:
- Must live in the DM Metro area
Schedule:
- Full-time position, M-F
- Home on weekends except for rare occasions
