Primary responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Quality Control & Assurance:
- Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure products and services meet industry standards and client expectations for both mobile retail and fixed install
- Create a standard, conduct regular inspections, and audit processes, materials, and finished products utilizing the NetSuite platform
- Collaborate with teams to identify and address quality issues, implementing corrective actions as necessary
- Maintain documentation related to quality standards and compliance.
- Implement, monitor and maintain compliance alongside the warehouse director for 5S systems
- Work Instructions Development:
- Lead the creation, review, and maintenance of clear and concise work instructions for mobile retail and fixed install
- Work alongside warehouse staff during first ninety (90) days to understand company process in rack area, LED and trailer departments
- Collaborate with multiple teams to gather input and ensure instructions reflect best practices. Use teammates as needed to enhance and refine so they meet the “Insane Impact” standard.
- Provide training and support to employees on quality standards and work instruction protocols
- Develop and utilize template to ensure consistent messaging and organization for each future set created
- Build a storage system that helps create a library of resources, easy to navigate and find
- Ensure LMS (Learning Management Software) is built out in an easy-to-use way for all current employees and third-party partners
- Continuous Improvement:
- Analyze quality metrics and data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Facilitate quality improvement initiatives and promote a culture of quality within the organization
- Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes related to quality assurance
- Research competitors and identify other potential partners to bring into the fold to improve company best practices, operations and safety
Required qualifications:
- 3 years’ experience in quality assurance or a related field preferred.
- Strong understanding of quality management systems and methodologies (e.g., ISO 9001).
- Ability to work strongly in a team environment to collaborate with teammates to understand company processes/procedures
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Experience with NetSuite preferred, but not required
- Must be able to obtain a DOT med card, become OSHA certified, and pass a background screening
Compensation:
- $55,000 - $70,000/annually
Travel:
- Up to but not limited to 15%
- Travel by vehicle or flight
- Required
Schedule:
- Full time position – Monday – Friday
