We’re looking for a talented, detail oriented Financial Analyst to join our team. Under the direction of the VP of Finance this role will be responsible for performing ad hoc analysis and creating robust forecasting models to assist in executive decision-making that will drive maximum efficiency and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Gathering and analyzing financial data from company reports and providing forecasting support
• Creating and updating financial models to project future performance based on different scenarios and assisting in creating financial forecasts
• Preparing detailed reports outlining findings, analysis, and recommendations for executive management to guide and influence long-term strategic decision making
• Providing creative alternatives and recommendations to reduce costs and improve financial performance
• Assembling and summarizing data to structure sophisticated reports on financial status and risks
• Conducting business studies on past, future, and comparative performance and developing forecasting models
• Identifying trends and recommending strategic actions to executive management
• Providing expertise, advice, planning, and support for accounting projects
• Tracking and determining financial status by analyzing actual results in comparison with forecasts
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field
• Proven working experience as a Financial Analyst
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial data
• Proficiency in financial modeling software (e.g., Excel)
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis techniques
• Understanding of economic and market trends
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure

Compensation Range: $85k - $95k
