Position Summary:
The Inside Sales Representative is a vital resource for sales and branches by creating quotes/orders, researching hard-to-find products and occasionally handling request direct from customers. This allows the branches and sales personnel to focus their time and efforts on supporting customer needs and providing quality service.

Essential Responsibilities:
1. Supporting Sales
a. Generating quotes and orders
b. Materials take-offs from plans
c. Providing Customer direct support to key accounts
2. Supporting Branches
a. Creating quotes for less-common products and applications
b. Provide support to branches when busy
c. Provide product information & application support

Education/Experience:
2 Years’ experience within the HVAC Industry
HVAC estimating experience a PLUS

Language Skills – Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operational or technical documents. Ability to read and write routine reports & correspondence as well as the ability to speak effectively to customers & employees.
Computer Skills – POS/ERP Systems, Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
