Position Overview:
The Senior Vice President (SVP) of Supply Chain will lead and develop the strategic and operational direction of the company’s supply chain and procurement functions. This role will lead manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, sourcing, demand planning, quality, logistics and distribution globally, with key contract manufacturing and ODM partners. This executive role is critical to develop, own and lead strategic relationships across the supply chain from ODM to CM to key component vendors to drive quality, speed-to-market, and scalability while maintaining cost competitiveness.
Responsibilities:
- Provide overall leadership and develop strategy for supply chain functions, organization structure, demand/supply management, logistics, procurement, and business process improvement initiatives.
- Develop, implement, and own the company’s comprehensive supply chain management strategy to ensure operational excellence, cost optimization, and scalability.
- Drive procurement strategies that align with organizational goals, ensuring the timely acquisition of high-quality products.
- Lead the transformation of supply chain processes through innovation, technology integration, and best practices.
- Provide executive oversight on the procurement of critical parts and materials, ensuring alignment with production and product development timelines.
- Optimize supplier selection, contract negotiations, and procurement processes to achieve cost efficiency and quality standards.
- Monitor global supply chain risks and implement contingency plans to mitigate disruptions.
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key vendors and suppliers to drive strategic partnerships and long-term value creation.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms and foster collaborative supplier relationships.
- Monitor supplier performance, ensuring adherence to quality, delivery, and compliance standards.
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Operations leadership to align supply chain strategies with product development and innovation roadmaps.
- Work alongside Product Development/Engineering to drive optimal outcomes for the company in support of product quality, delivery, revenue growth and profitability targets.
- Collaborate with finance teams to manage budgets, forecasts, and cost-reduction initiatives.
- Coordinate closely with sales and finance functions on all aspects of meeting customer delivery needs, financial deliverables and supporting growth objectives.
- Act as a key advisor to the executive team on supply chain trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing supply chain and procurement team.
- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Invest in team development and succession planning to build organizational resilience and capacity.
Experience/Requirements:
- Minimum of 15 years of progressive leadership experience in supply chain, procurement, or operations, including executive-level roles.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing supply chain strategies in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
- Proven track record of running high volume global operations, including experience setting up, scaling, and managing global contract manufacturing networks.
- Demonstrated expertise and established strategic relationships with leading global supply chain partners, enabling effective collaboration and optimization across the supply chain ecosystem.
- Strong relationships with ODMs and contract manufacturers.
- Experience forecasting, budgeting, and leading quarterly and annual business planning processes; expert-level financial, quantitative, and analytical skills.
- Strong expertise in managing global supply chains, vendor negotiations, and procurement of complex components or materials.
- Experience partnering with product development and engineering teams.
- Experience working with mobile telecom carriers and wireless networks strongly preferred.

Salary Range: $280,000 - $325,000
