Must Have N=Knowledge in the Following Areas:
Footer
Framing
Roofing and Flashing
All Types of Siding, Soffit, and Fascia
Hang Doors (Interior and Exterior)
Trim Work
Basic Plumbing and Electrical Skills
Able to Run Excavator and Skid Steer is a Plus but not Necessary
Must Have a Valid Drivers License
Must be Dependable
Wage between $30 and $40 per Hour based on Experience
2 weeks paid Vacation
3 Personal Days
6 Paid Holidays
