Inserso is seeking a Systems Analyst to join our team to provide mission-critical financial audit support on the USAF logistics (depot maintenance/supply) systems in a Program Management Office (PMO) environment. The candidate will be a member of a strong team consisting of Government personnel and contractor personnel of Subject Matter Experts (SME). This position has a hybrid work schedule each week with two days on-site (Kettering, Ohio facility) and three days of teleworking.

- Assist USAF Program Management Office (PMO) in managing risks that may impact cost, schedule, or performance of programs/systems by performing risk analyses, and risk mitigation.
- Support financial audits on Depot Maintenance Systems Integration (DMSI) or comparable logistics programs.
- Perform tasks to improve financial information and achieve audit readiness.
- Provide systems analyst support to other USAF logistics (depot maintenance/supply) systems as assigned.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- Successfully complete a T1 Public Trust background check or higher.
- Three (3) years of functional experience with Depot Maintenance Systems Integration (DMSI) or comparable logistics programs.
- Three (3) years of lifecycle management experience with DMSI or comparable logistics programs.
- One (1) year of financial auditing system support experience with comparable financial systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Knowledge of USAF Business Enterprise Systems (BES) Directorate logistic systems (depot maintenance/supply) or related USAF systems such as DFAS, DEAMS, or in SAF/FM organization.
- USAF Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness (FIAR) experience.
- Experience with Business and Enterprise System (BES) Directorate’s lifecycle management process.
- Working experience with the Information Systems Management Tool (ISMT).
- Effectively communicate with customers, stakeholders, and specialists.
- Work independently to accomplish tasks and lead small teams if required.
