About the Position:
We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Services Manager to join our team at InServ Corp. As a key member of our Process Services group, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring successful project results through effective planning, execution, and quality control.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the development and strategy of construction projects
- Oversee site visits to estimate work to be performed and ensure quality workmanship
- Maintain project schedules, monitor budgets, and track completion
- Prepare and submit purchase orders, accounts payable, and billing information
- Manage the fabrication and installation of construction systems that meet code requirements and budget
Requirements:
- 5-10 years of experience in construction management, process piping, utilities, HVAC, plumbing, structural steel, and equipment setting
- Experience working on construction projects valued from 10-30 million
- Four-year college degree in engineering, construction management, or equivalent education and work experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to manage personnel and clients effectively
