Compensation :

75,000 - $125,000 yearly

Responsibilities : What You'll Do :

Own and manage a sales plan to achieve and exceed financial goals.

Develop and execute business development plans to drive revenue growth.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.

Act as the primary point of contact for area customers, fostering an increased company presence.

Identify and pursue new customer acquisition, developing a robust sales pipeline.

Manage and grow an existing book of business.

Prepare and deliver quotes, recommending optimal service solutions.

Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities, enhancing company market position.

Collaborate with the Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support their development.

Coordinate with the operations team to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Monitor sales activity, goals, tracking, and profitability.

Problem-solve to close gaps between performance and targets.

Regularly communicate performance metrics and operational updates to senior leadership.

Maintain a safety and compliance culture, staying current on OSHA, DOT, EPA, and other applicable regulations.

Establish and maintain a positive, collaborative work environment.

Uphold and enforce all company policies, including safety, HR, and accounting.

Ensure Health and Safety is the top priority by adhering to safe work practices and processes.

  • Qualifications : What You'll Need :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field. (Preferred)
  • 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing within a related industry.
  • 3 years of industry-specific experience.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and building long-lasting client relationships.
  • Deep understanding of technical sales processes and strategies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM (preferred).
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
  • OSHA certification (10 / 30 / 40) preferred.
