Compensation:
$79,000 - $100,000 yearly
Responsibilities:What you’ll do:
- Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including scope of work, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Be the site operational leader, ensuring efficient resource allocation and top-notch customer service
- Monitor project progress, identify and resolve potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and environmental standards
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and project success
- Manage project budgets
- Prepare and deliver project presentations and reports
- Continuously improve project management processes and best practices
- Basic computer skills and ability to use Microsoft Office
- Excellent leadership, time-management, organizational, and communication skills
- Physically capable of using heavy equipment and lifting at least 40 pounds
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial project management
- Proven track record of successful project delivery, including meeting deadlines and budgets
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Knowledge of relevant safety and environmental regulations
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
