Key Responsibilities:
Client-Focused Account Deployment
- Direct the transition from sales to active account management, ensuring new and returning customers are fully set up and prepared for success.
- Create and maintain documentation, workflows, checklists, and processes in Implementation and IDX departments.
- Lead distribution of account assignments, performance tracking, and resource allocation, always with the goal to Win with our Clients by exceeding their expectations.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate team members, ensuring they have the tools, skills, and support needed to perform to high standards.
- Lead weekly team meetings to discuss performance, set goals, and ensure accountability to Perform like a Champion.
- Conduct one-on-one meetings with each team member to identify strengths, areas for improvement, and opportunities for professional growth.
- Develop and maintain team performance dashboards, providing team members with real-time visibility into individual and collective performance.
- Cross-Department Collaboration
- Act as a bridge between departments, coordinating on projects, aligning on messaging, and sharing successes or challenges.
- Collaborate with other teams to address items impacting multiple departments, helping Succeed as One Team and advance company-wide objectives.
- Oversee the IDX department to ensure timely processing of MLS feed additions and accurate CRM data entry.
- Maintain and manage client lists, signature sequencing tools, and MLS approval paperwork.
- Collaborate with the Dev team to prioritize new feed integrations and manage existing feed changes.
- Regularly report department performance, key metrics, and project statuses to executive leadership.
- Identify and implement tools to support operational strategies, actively seeking process improvements to Innovate as a Partner with both clients and internal teams.
- Address customer escalations and oversee retention throughout implementation, embodying our Play with an Ownership Mindset to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and multitasking skills
- Proven expertise in process improvement and change management
- Strong deadline focus and accountability-driven
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Minimum 5 years of management experience
- Software implementation or technology experience preferred
