We are looking for an individual to join our team of Implementation Specialists and oversee the successful implementation of Inside Real Estate platforms for new and returning SMB clients. The Implementation Specialist will be responsible for coordinating activities and resources throughout all stages of the setup and configuration process.
Overall, the Implementation Specialist is responsible for timely platform launches and owns any related setup / configuration tasks. This position is ideal for a personable, highly organized, and process minded individual that has a positive attitude and is eager to learn more.
Responsibilities :
- Become the SMB products implementation expert and maintain knowledge as the platforms evolve and change.
- Maintain a detailed project timeline which includes administrative tasks and all tasks involved in the project completion.
- Conduct client calls as necessary to set expectations for client deliverables and to review the work in progress (including but not limited account settings, domain and email configuration, IDX paperwork).
- Closely monitor project schedule; specifically tracking all assigned launches are on schedule.
- Identify projects that are at risk and create action plans to get the platform launch back on track. Follow up with clients at necessary critical stages for client deliverables (via email, phone, text).
- Document / Develop / Revise communication material with client that will encourage timelier response for client deliverables.
- Maintain necessary communication / project details within internal software tools.
- Collaborate with Sales, IDX / Compliance Specialists and Client Success Managers to ensure the website is set up as specified by Client.
- Own any problems post-launch related to project setup corrections.
- Escalate problems and issues to management as appropriate.
