Our client is in search of an Associate Business Analyst to join their IT team. As an Associate Business Analyst, you will serve as the cornerstone of the business systems support, bridging the gap between technical solutions and operational excellence. In this role, you will triage and resolve user issues, execute minor system configuration changes, and deliver exceptional support to stakeholders. By fostering collaboration, documenting requirements, and providing training, you will empower their teams to fully leverage the capabilities of their enterprise platforms, including Kinetic (Epicor) ERP. Your contributions will drive system improvements, enhance user adoption, and ensure alignment with our client's guiding principles and values.

In this role, you will :
- Act as the initial point of contact for all business systems support tickets, resolving or collaborating on requests in a timely and effective manner.
- Implement small system enhancements and configuration changes to improve the functionality of systems and align with business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and translate business requirements into functional solutions.
- Provide hands-on support and training for end-users, empowering them to effectively utilize systems, solutions, and tools.
- Orchestrate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate solutions, ensuring alignment with operational goals.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation for processes, customizations, and resolutions.
- Track, manage, and communicate system updates, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
- Support system enhancements, including data validation, to ensure accurate and efficient system operation.

The base salary range for this role is $65,000 to $90,000 annually.
