Regional Sales Representative
Texas - Houston / San Antonio & Louisiana
This individual will be responsible for generating new customers, customer retention and growth, reaching or exceeding sales budgets and bottom line expectations, product demonstrations, training and conveying product and market.
Responsibilities :
- Develop new business through prospecting, presentations and business development
- Service existing accounts.
- Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products etc.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications etc.
- Represent products to customers at trade shows and conferences
- Understand product and market specifications and use of specifications in the government bidding system
- Monitor government bids and gather pricing information and keep management
- informed by submitting appropriate reports
- Provide product demonstrations and training in designated as or as directed by
- management
