The Sales Operations Leader helps drive processes within the sales function to achieve revenue, EBITDA, and key performance metrics.The Sales Operations Leader will create and manage annual incentive plans for the sales and customer experience teams based on a strategic vision derived from voice-of-customer and market intelligence.The Sales Operations Leader is responsible for sales productivity efforts and operational efficiency enhancements.
In this role, you will :
- Develop, implement, and execute annual incentive plan for sales and customer experience teams
- Drive collaboration and coordination between departments to ensure support for sales strategy
- Develop a strong partnership with sales leadership to deliver focused customer initiatives, including training of internal stakeholders
- Accountable for the accuracy and timeliness of the annual incentive plan for sales and customer experience teams
- Lead cross-functional teams for process improvement within the Sales function
- Develop and present recommended strategies, objectives, actions, and business plans tothe leadership team.
- Partner with Finance and Sales, to help track key metrics, including, quota setting, orders, pricing updates, etc.
