They are based in Minnetonka, MN, where they have been providing clean energy technologies for over 15 years. The company is in a growth mode and expanding rapidly, they are looking for an individual that is driven by sales and motivated to help continue to grow the brand.
Position Overview
This person will be part of the organization's Commercial Energy team, which has a focus on providing solar energy, battery storage, and EV charging solutions for commercial, industrial, civic, and multi-family properties.
As a Senior Territory Manager, you will be the day-to-day face of the company. Interacting with customers within a dedicated region of Minnesota. This individuals' responsibilities will include educating prospects on how solar energy, battery storage, and EV charging can add value to their businesses; through building customized proposals addressing each customer's individual circumstances and needs. This person will be responsible for guiding customers through the process from research-to-purchase. Once a project is successfully closed, the company's operations team takes over day-to-day responsibility for project execution and execution. The sales individual provides general continuity and support to ensure the customer's needs are met throughout the project.
This role reports directly to the VP of Sales. The ideal candidate is driven by success, well-organized, self-motivated, and collaborative in delivering great outcomes to their customers as they deploy EV charging infrastructure.

Required Qualifications
- 5 years sales experience, with 3 years of success in selling into high-ticket construction, real estate, or capital sales / products.
- Demonstrated ability to prospect, qualify, develop, and close new business.
- Strong written & verbal communication skills, including the ability to proficiently conduct technical & non-technical internal & external conversations.
- Ability to build basic financial modeling around project economics, which translates to project finances, providing a clear customer value proposition.
- Strong drive for success and growth mindset toward continuous improvement.
- Must have a valid driver's license

This is a full-time (W2) position hired directly with this client. The compensation includes a base salary plus commission, with benefits and the potential for merit bonuses based on individual and team success. The commission structure is uncapped and designed to encourage long-term success.
