Position Summary : :
Rowan-Cabarrus Community College is seeking Accounting Tutors. Professional tutors must be knowledgeable in their field and able to work with students in order to meet their individual needs. The professional tutors and peer tutors are under the direct supervision of the Coordinator of Tutoring Services. This position will be at North Campus in Salisbury.
Required Education / Experience : :
- Professional Tutor : Degree in accounting, business or a closely-related field
- Peer Tutor : High School Diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.), an overall GPA of 3.0 with grades in the tutoring area no lower than a B, a minimum of 12 credit hours and at least two instructor referrals
