GENERAL JOB SUMMARY :

Kirkwood Community College’s Social Science department seeks a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our faculty team to teach face-to-face at our Regional Center campus locations for the Spring 2025 semester. The successful candidate will have strong knowledge base in their discipline and teaching experience at the college level is desirable. Primary duties will include teaching assigned classes and communicating with students, Department staff, and other faculty.

1,294 per credit hour of instruction.

Kirkwood Regional Center at the University of Iowa (Coralville, IA) Principles of Macroeconomics, meeting January 21 – May 13, 2025. Tuesday / Thursday – 7 : 30 am – 9 am

Position involves working in a classroom setting. Occasional (10-33%) sitting, pushing, pulling and grasping. Frequent (34-66%) reaching and viewing a computer and other types of close visual work. Constant (67-100%) standing, walking, repetitive motion, talking and hearing.
