To attain the maximum annual salary, employee must meet all minimum qualifications plus :
- 5 (five) years of additional applicable work experience and / or degrees higher than minimum qualification degree. Degrees higher than the minimum qualification degree can be used in combination with additional work experience.
- A combination of related education, on-the-job work experience, certifications and / or licenses that results in a candidate successfully meeting the minimum qualifications of the position, may be considered.
The stated salary amounts are not guaranteed in the event employment ends with Aims during any fiscal year.

The Aircraft Maintenance Technician II provides aircraft maintenance in support of Aims Community College’s Aviation Department in accordance with Federal Aviation Regulations / guidance as they pertain to aircraft airworthiness, in support of the Aviation Department, in the Public Safety, Education, and Transportation Division and located at Northern Colorado Regional Airport in Loveland, Colorado. The staff member will conduct their assignments and co-curricular college activities in a manner consistent with the philosophy and purposes of Aims Community College as stated in the school catalog and be a part of scholarly and creative activities (professional development) and service to the college. This position will provide oversight to ensure the all duties & responsibilities listed in this document are carried out in a safe and efficient manner.
