Job Description :
The Associate Director of Development, Corporate & Foundation Relations serves as an integral member of the UF Health Advancement team, providing strategic partnership with UF Health academic units and hospitals to secure philanthropic support through corporate and foundation relationships. Reporting to the Senior Director of Development, Foundation & Corporate Relations for Shands HealthCare, this position will help research, coordinate, and solicit mid-range and major gift proposals. He / she will collaborate with CFR colleagues within the UF Advancement community to establish and maintain best practices for corporate and foundation engagement in accordance with all UF, UF Health, and UF Advancement regulations, policies, and procedures.
More About This Role
Corporate & Foundation Portfolio Management
- Build and manage a portfolio of corporate and foundation prospects of all capacities with a focus on proposals between $25,000 and $100,000 and corporate engagement.
- Identify, cultivate, and solicit corporate and foundation prospects that align with the needs, priorities, and research of UF Health (including all six colleges, and two hospital campuses).
- Proactively engage UF Health faculty, physicians, nurses, program staff, and development officers across all disciplines to identify needs and priorities.
- Identify, coordinate, and steward new and existing corporate and foundation relationships.
- Draft, edit, and submit proposals and other funding opportunities according to the requirements and processes established for each individual funding institution.

Expected Salary : 65,000 - $75,000
Minimum Requirements :
Master's degree in an appropriate area and one year of relevant experience; or a bachelor's degree in an appropriate area and three years of relevant experience.
Valid driver's license as this role will involve extensive travel.
