Job Title : Business Operations Analyst
Department : Fisher College | Finance
The Risk Institute’s (TRI) mission is to advance enterprise risk management through cross-industry collaboration, academic research, thought leadership, and talent development with the vision to be the preeminent resource on enterprise risk management. The TRI Business Operations Analyst reports directly to the TRI Executive Director and performs the day-to-day activities of the Risk Institute’s team and activities. Assists with the development and stewardship for TRI corporate members, including but not limited to planning collaborative meetings, capturing data and tracking against key performance indicators (KPIs), creating documents for review, and assisting with financial activities. Assists with the planning and implementation of numerous large-scale events that involve students, faculty, alumni, and industry professionals to promote TRI and building industry relationship. Assists the TRI Program Administrator in the research design, execution, reporting process which results in high-quality white papers, reports, infographics, and other content.
Assists with managing marketing and communications partner on social media campaigns, website management, and other content. Assists with opportunities to repurpose assets into new and exciting delivery channels and formats. Coordinates and plans events with multiple stakeholders. Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and / or experience in business administration or related field of study. Internship and / or related experience in business operations, communications, project management or a related area. Ability to collaborate and work well in a diverse, team-oriented environment. Possess strong verbal and written communication skills. Self-starter with ability to manage multiple complex, time-sensitive workstreams simultaneously.
Desired Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year experience in business operations, communications, project management or a related area. Confidence in composing proposals, reports, board or program materials, and other documents for internal and external audiences. Experience working in academic environments to drive proactively results by interfacing across departments and administrative offices.

Target Hiring Range :
The target hiring range for this job profile is $20.02 – 26.33. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to, education, years of experience, internal equity, etc.
