Position Summary
DESCRIPTION :
Responsible for maintenance and support of the York College, and York Country Day School, computers, printers and related systems.
OUTCOMES :
A reliable and secure, and up-to-date computing infrastructure to support all academic and administrative technology-related functions.
Essential Functions
- Manage campus printers, provide support, perform updates and upgrades, and coordinate with vendor support. 20%
- Assist with computer upgrades, hardware and software installations, repairs, updates and inventory management as directed 25%
- Work with Desktop Support Team to troubleshoot, identify and address problems relating to campus computing 25%
- Support escalated tickets assigned to the Desktop Support Team. 20%
- Provide guidance to faculty, students and staff regarding desktop and laptop computers, copiers, and printers as required 5%
- Collaborate with other functional groups within Client Services and LTS 5%
