Job Summary
The Admissions Student Assistant provides front office and event / activities support for the Office of Admissions.
Responsibilities
- Staffing the Admissions counter, greeting, and assisting visitors in the Enrollment Services Center.
- Assisting with Admissions events and individual and group campus tours for prospective students.
- Answering main phone lines and directing callers to appropriate offices.
- Providing preliminary assistance to applicants, including application status and steps for completion.
- Assisting with call campaigns to prospective students and families, to facilitate their successful enrollment and to promote campus events.
- Assist with managing Admissions email inquiries and collecting documents for applicants.
- Putting together mailing packets for prospective and newly admitted students.
- Handling daily mail runs and campus errands as needed.
- Assist recruiters with preparation for travel and presentations as needed.
- Other duties assigned.
