Pay Range : $15.95-$20.31 and determined based on relevant years of work experience.

Position Summary : Lead, plan, and implement an Early Childhood education program for the Hiersteiner Child Development Center (HCDC) for a designated group of young children to support a positive learning environment for college students.
Required Qualifications :
- Career-level professional within the field. Considered highly skilled and proficient in discipline. Conducts complex, important work under minimal supervision and wide latitude for independent judgment.
- Requires an Associate's Degree and 2-4 years' of relevant experience.
- Must complete 16 hours of Kansas Department of Health and Environment (KDHE) approved in-service hours.
- Required certifications and pre-employment verifications : Active Adult and Pediatric First Aid / CPR, Health Assessment and TB Test,
- Child Development, Signs and Symptoms of Illness, Child Abuse and Neglect Mandated Reporting, Fingerprint Based Background Check. (HCDC will assist in obtaining required certifications within the first 30 days of employment)
