- 14.00 non-certified / $20.00 certified Hourly, Non-Exempt (Eligible for overtime)

Purpose of Position
Personal trainers are responsible for designing and leading workouts that will help clients accomplish their fitness goals through positive encouragement, motivation, and fostering internal desire to improve in a safe, correct, and appropriate way.
This is a part-time, non-benefited position. Only UND students are eligible to be hired in this position.

Minimum Requirements
CERTIFIED
Have one of the following national recognized NCCA Accredited certifications : NSCA (CPT or CSCS), ACE (CPT, clinical exercise specialist, lifestyle and weight management consultant), or ACSM (HFI, CPT, or Exercise Specialist), NASM (CPT), NCSF (CPT), and NETA (CPT) to earn interview.
NONCERTIFIED
KIN 207 : Prevention, Care & Legal Issues for Injury
Doctor of Physical Therapy Students : Must be in professional year 2 of the program
