Job Summary :
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our UK HealthCare team as a Pharmacy Insurance Assistant. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the financial well-being of our pharmacy department, supporting patient financial assistance programs, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial processes, excellent communication skills, and a passion for contributing to the overall success of our healthcare organization.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities :
Strong understanding of medical billing processes, insurance regulations, and government assistance programs. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to patients in a clear and compassionate manner. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficient in using relevant software and databases for billing and financial tracking.

Preferred Education / Experience :
Prior experience in a healthcare or pharmacy setting, with a focus on financial assistance and insurance coordination.
