Nature & Purpose of Position :
This position will assist the Budget Coordinator with requests related to the Campus Life Development Fund and the Student Affairs Travel Fund. This role involves reviewing budget requests in compliance with the guidelines, reconciling financial records, and handling basic office tasks, such as answering phones, greeting visitors, processing mail, running errands, and restocking supplies. The purpose of this position is to help manage campus funds effectively while providing students with hands-on experience in budgeting and office operations.
Other Requirements for the Position :
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat applications.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail along with excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Hold a valid TX driver license.
- Must maintain a GPA of 2.5.
- Able to work during the summer break.
