Accountabilities :

Under direct supervision of the Director of Facilities Operations the Summer HVAC Tech Intern will :

• Assist with the effort on HVAC maintenance and repair.
• Assist in establishing HVAC project budgets and parts ordering.
• Work with HVAC tools to properly diagnose and repair HVAC equipment.
• Assist with the Building Automation operations, to include diagnosing and repairing the

BAS system.

assist with lifting objects up to 100 pounds.
