This position is a 3 year term position that supports full cycle recruitment in the academic colleges at OSU with an emphasis on recruit-to-hire process improvement solutions for academic, staff and student positions and is a hybrid position. As a Talent Acquisition (TA) Consultant, you will deliver outstanding customer and candidate experiences throughout the process of sourcing, recruiting and selecting talent in addition to the following :
Understands and effectively communicates descriptions of open positions and critical requirements to candidates
Implements creative sourcing to build diverse, qualified applicant pools
Provides a thorough and accurate overview of the department’s mission, priorities, culture and tradition
Maintains best practices to ensure regulatory and legal compliance
Works on TA strategic priorities and initiatives that support both TA and the unit / hiring manager.
Communicates effectively and works closely with our HR Partners
