JOB SUMMARY : The Video and Digital Production Manager oversees the planning, production, and execution of video and digital content for KTSU Radio Station. This role ensures that all content aligns with the station’s mission to engage, inform, and inspire the public. The Video and Digital Production Manager leads a team, manages resources, and develops digital strategies to enhance audience engagement across platforms.

Essential Duties Summary :
- Manage and oversee the production of video and digital content for multiple platforms, including social media, website, live events, and on-demand videos.
- Develop and implement a content strategy to grow digital reach and engagement.
- Lead and mentor a team of videographers, editors, and digital content creators.
- Coordinate project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for video and digital initiatives.
- Collaborate with other departments to align content with programming, marketing, and outreach goals.
- Ensure all content meets quality standards and adheres to brand guidelines.
- Track and analyze content performance, using data to inform future content strategy.
- Provide training and technical support for video and digital tools to the production team.
