- Customer Service Coordinator(CSS) serves as the primary point of contact for customers seeking assistance with our products or services. The CSS is responsible for addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for all customers. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
- Scheduling of all service calls in a timely and efficient manner.
- Coordinate service technician’s days and paperwork so we operate at a cost-effective level.
- Monitor daily invoices and work orders and monitor amount of money being generated daily
- Assist customers at window and provide face to face technical support
- Organizing and tracking return service calls Coordinate service technician’s days and paperwork so we operate at a cost-effective level.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven experience in customer service and client support
- Proficient in data entry and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent phone etiquette and outbound calling experience
- Ability to collaborate effectively with sales team
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.33 - $34.01 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
