Job Summary
As the Lead Tenant Services Event Technician focusing on events, you are the primary POC for overall team performance meeting all SLA’s while maintaining a safe, clean, working environment. You are responsible for setting up Events according to the specified test fits and requirements. Provide timely response via ticketing system, email, and or chime. Provide constant support during meetings and events per client direction.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Including but not limited to:
- Primary point of contact for all requests.
- Establish strong working relationships with key stakeholders.
- Confirm all event requests are set up according to the drawings and or direction of the requestor.
- Communicate and respond to all event related emails, tickets, and or chime with event team.
- Attend weekly meetings.
- Assist with inventory audit of event equipment.
- Sign in/out and log any broken items for inventory tracking and proper placement.
- Shifts may be staggered depending on event size.
- Ensure event storage is kept clean, palletized, organized and labeled ensuring all event inventory makes it back to the correct storage room post event.
- Support all arrangements of tables and chairs for all events includes: common space, conference rooms, café or outside amenities spaces.
- Load and unload trucks pre and post events (SWAG, Sponsorship, Equipment).
- Setup, breakdown and re-set GREF Event furniture and accessory equipment (Easels, Lollipop sign holders, stanchions, waste bins, funtivities equipment, SWAG).
- Test/trouble shoot A/V equipment to ensure it is functioning properly. Check power and connection cables to ensure they are plugged in securely.
- Contact Events Team and A/V support if A/V equipment is not functioning and create a SIM ticket for replace/repair.
- Arrange tables and chairs per customer’s room configuration.
- Set linens in lobby on specified tables.
- Setup display and vendor tables.
- Arrange lounge furniture as required.
- Willing to perform tasks on-the-go as needed to provide exceptional customer experience.
- As schedule permits, Event Tech will assume Tenant Services Technician responsibilities and work according to the responsibilities in the Tenant Services Technician job description.
Skills, Knowledge, Experience Required

Pay Range: $32 - 40 / hour

Pay Range: $32 - 40 / hour
