Insight Association Management is seeking the next Rockstar Lifestyle Director to develop and promote an amazing activity and events program for the Green Meadows homeowners association in Celina, TX. Demonstrated success as a leader in similar settings is required of the Lifestyle Director.
Insight Association Management's portfolio of communities spans throughout the DFW Metroplex with each community sharing a commitment to superior service and quality lifestyle for our homeowners within their unique setting.
The Lifestyle Director will be responsible for the planning, implementation, and supervision of the social, educational, recreational, leisure-time and related activities for our residents. The Lifestyle Director must also be flexible and willing to work the occasional Saturday event and some evenings. Ability to work independently with minimum supervision required. The right candidate will have experience with problem-solving, conflict management, budgeting and creatively addressing challenges.
