Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. Duties
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, including but not limited to medication administration and botulinum toxin treatment.
- Provide health coaching to patients, educating them on health management and preventive care.
- Assist in various clinical procedures such as mammography, acute pain management, and family planning services.
- Perform diagnostic evaluations and participate in sterile processing of medical instruments.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Document all patient interactions accurately in electronic health records.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment while adhering to infection control protocols.
Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- Proven experience in a clinical setting; experience in operating rooms (OR) is preferred.
- Familiarity with advanced nursing practices including dermal fillers and acute pain management is advantageous.
- Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to make sound clinical judgments.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
