Job Title: Videographer/Editor
About Us
We’re Montana’s most creative full-service marketing firm, where pushing the envelope is just a normal Tuesday. Whether you’re a drone-flying, camera-slinging wizard or an editing genius, we’re looking for someone who can tell a story with flair, humor, and a cinematic touch. This is your chance to turn ideas into unforgettable visual stories that light up screens and make people say, “I need that... NOW.”

You’ll be creating everything from lifestyle promos and product ads to how-to videos that are so engaging, viewers won’t even realize they’re learning something. Whether it’s a 15-second reel or a full-length video trailer, you’ll bring stories to life in ways that make people beg for more.
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Filming and editing high-quality videos for lifestyle brands, product launches, and how-to content
- Crafting social media reels that hit all the right beats and turn casual scrollers into hooked viewers
- Designing trailers that tease full-length videos so well, people can’t wait to click
- Collaborating with a fun, creative team that loves trying new ideas and pushing boundaries
Your Ideal Skill Set
You’re a visual storyteller with serious skills, and you:
- Are a master of Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro, and After Effects is your playground—motion graphics, animation, and effects? Piece of cake
- Can craft edits that flow like butter, with killer pacing, perfect timing, and transitions that make jaws drop
- Know how to work a drone, a gimbal, and anything else that’ll get you the perfect shot
- Have the vision to transform raw footage into polished gold
- Live for the challenge of turning everyday moments into unforgettable visual stories
Extra Bonus Points If You
- Can make a 15-second reel feel like a mini-movie
- Have a knack for creating content that trends
- See Montana’s epic landscapes as your dream set
- Enjoy capturing the rugged beauty of a mountain scene as much as a perfectly timed coffee pour
Perks
- Work in a dog-friendly office where every day feels like a weekend adventure
- Get in on shoots and experiences people only dream about—ever filmed on a mountain top or next to a roaring bonfire? You will
- We’re all about fun—whether it's team campfires or spontaneous road trips for the next epic shoot
- Access to a creative playground: drones, action cams, top-tier editing suites—this is your sandbox
- Competitive salary, performance-based bonuses, and full health benefits (but also, s'mores on work breaks because why not?)
