As a Deployment Coordinator , you will provide entry level project coordination to a wide variety of large and complex projects to achieve successful completion and delivery of projects within scope and schedule.
We will count on you to assist either a deployment manager or the deployment leadership team. Along the way, you will get to :
- Consistently demonstrate and model key organizational behaviors of customer service, teamwork, collaboration, and excellence
- Assist the deployment manager in managing and scheduling all inbound shipments, integration and outbound shipments required to integrate and deploy IT products
- Create reporting and SLA tracking, analyzing data, books meetings, and documents meeting minutes to send to the deployment manager
- Assist the deployment manager in coordinating with all relevant stakeholders to track and coordinate large, high visible, and complex project rollouts

What we’re looking for
- Preferred Bachelor's Degree in project / deployment management, logistics or business management or minimum of three (3) years of experience project / deployment or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Strong Proficiency in the Microsoft Suite including Outlook, Excel, Word, Visio, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Project
- Demonstrated ability to do in-depth research and provide solutions.
- SAP Experience and CAPM Certification
