Position: Developer Lead

Job Duties:

• Design, develop, test, debug, and document programs on large-scale, complex eCommerce applications.
• Specify and implement project architecture, standards, and processes.
• Research and document clients' technical requirements, system architecture, and high-level technical design.
• Develop technical project schedules, plans, task assignments, and time estimates; communicate project progress to senior project staff.
• Lead low-level design development and oversee project code implementation.
• Conduct final code review and approval for release to production.
• Create and maintain project documentation, build applications or models, and develop programs for data extraction, transformation, and loading.
• Position reports out of Chandler, AZ HQ office but telecommuting is permitted on case-to-case basis.

Job Requirements:

Education Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in Communication Engineering, Communication Systems, Computer Science, or closely related. Employer will accept foreign equivalent degree if in the same field.

Experience Requirements:

• 24 months of experience in job offered, Sr. Programmer Analyst, I.T. Analyst, or closely related

Special skills requirements:

• Using interface Mock-up design as per customer’s standards, integrating with java developer’s code to shape a complete project.
• Performed cross browser compliance
• OO JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5 and CSS3 web development skills
• Web Integration with Java/J2ee enterprise applications such as springs & struts MVC.
• Development of responsive web pages as per UX design.
• Performance optimization of desktop & mobile web applications.
• Incorporating Web accessibility compliance – Section 508
• Utilized skills including Core java, PL/SQL and SAS

Salary: Available upon request

Work Schedule: 40 hours/week
