Salary: $65,000 - $72,000 per year.

About the role

As a key member of Insight's portfolio marketing team, the Marketing Portfolio Specialist will support our services Go-To-Market (GTM) efforts. Responsibilities include translating product and service features into customer benefits, addressing customer pain points through innovative solutions, and establishing Insight's competitive differentiation. This role will contribute to the development and launch of new offerings, create impactful client collateral, and drive project completion. We are looking for an individual who is dedicated to providing outstanding internal customer service, possesses exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail, and demonstrates proficiency in project management.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to create collateral supporting our services, including battlecards, solution briefs, web pages, and presentations.
• Develop compelling messaging to articulate Insight's value proposition to prospects.
• Contribute to strategic marketing plans through market research, competitive analysis, customer engagement, and business planning.
• Manage marketing projects involving the creative team and extended marketing teams, overseeing graphic design, content creation, video production, web design, and more.

What we’re looking for

• 2-5 years of experience in marketing, communications, project management, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a technology-related discipline.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks of varying difficulty and complexity.
• Excellent communication skills across all channels, with the capacity to engage with cross-functional teams and management.
• Ability to translate technical terminology into client-focused messaging.
• Self-starter who thrives in collaborative environments and consistently meets deadlines; exercises independent judgment in determining methods and procedures for new assignments.
• Tenacious problem-solver with strong critical-thinking and research abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
