Services Technician

Location: This role is fully onsite in Durham, NC.

Duration: 6-month contract to hire

Pay rate: $26-28/hr W2

Hours: Mon-Thurs (8am -5pm) ( 1 Friday/month)

As a Services Technician-W2 you will get to:

• Solving technical problems onsite and remotely, performing PC break/fix tasks, and executing end-user projects with precision and efficiency.
• Provide first-class technical support and leadership support to our clients, including responding to questions, troubleshooting, and determining problems.
• Perform PC break/fix onsite and remotely, identify problems, and determine the most efficient and cost-effective way to resolve them.
• Execute End-user projects as required.

We are looking for a Services Technician-W2 with:

• Self-directed individual with excellent organizational and communication skills.
• 3 years of experience in providing excellent customer-focused skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Teams, SSCM, Asset Management, machine imaging, ServiceNow, and Citrix preferred.
• Familiarity with Mac/Apple device support is a plus.
