Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee various projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of project management methodologies. This role requires effective communication, strategic planning, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while ensuring project objectives are met on time and within scope.
Project Manager has the overall responsibility of project.
- Review QC Plan
- Review AP Plan
- Review Plans and Specs as well as shop drawings.
- Review RFP documents
- Review submittal register
- Understand “FIO” and “G” submittal approvals
- Understand the submittal process as All submittal must be submitted to DOR (DB project) and NAVFAC (DBB projects)
- Participate in the creation, review, and submit construction schedule
- Participate in the buyout process
- Manage Design to Completion
- Meeting with all subcontractors
- MEETING with Clients
- PROJECT IS ON BUDGET
- PROJECT IS OF GOOD QUALITY MATERIAL AND WORKMANSHIP
- PROJECT IS SAFE. ZERO INCIDENCES, ZERO LOST TIME ACCIDENTS. COMPLETELY SAFE
- PROJECT ON TIME DELIVERY
- Monthly Work Hour Reports 1st of the month for previous month (QCM)
- Demo Debris Report 1st of the month for previous month (SSHO)
- Waste Management Report 1st of the month for previous month (SSHO)
- Safety Evaluation Report (SSHO) 1st of the month for previous month (SSHO)
- PAP (PM) 1st of the month for previous month (PM)
Qualifications
- Engineering or Construction Management Degree
- DoD related construction work
- Min 5 year, desired 10 years experience
- Work location in Oahu Hawaii
- Must be proficient in reading plans and specs
- Must be exceptional in following Ferdeal Government requirements
- Must be exceptional in understanding EM385-1-1
- Must have a USACE or NAVFAC QC Certification
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
