We are seeking a dedicated and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This role is essential in providing excellent customer service and administrative support within our optometry office. Responsibilities
- Greet patients, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations for patients.
- Handle incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate staff members or departments.
- Maintain patient records accurately, including data entry and updates.
- Process patient intake forms and verify insurance information.
- Assist with billing inquiries
- Utilize knowledge of ICD-10 coding
- Provide administrative support as needed, including filing, faxing, and managing correspondence.
- Ensure the front desk area is organized and welcoming at all times.

- Strong understanding of medical terminology, particularly related to dental practices.
- Proficiency in administrative tasks, including typing and data entry skills.
